The Guide Guys Lodge now has its own listing with reviews on TripAdvisor.com. I am working with them to get the lodge reviews posted on Hotel Charlotte reclassified to the Guide Guys Lodge such as the one below, 4 night stay, 4-star rating:

We were surprised and thankful to find such a nice Lodge that was available to us on such short notice ! They even accepted our pets !We took our boat to beautiful Cherry lake twice, and brought back trout each time. Yosemite valley was a must see with all it's natural wonder. We looked forward to the relaxing environment in the evenings sitting by the fire . So much to see and do, our one week trip went way too fast ! There is a lot more exploring for us to do in this unforgettable area ! A HUGE Thanks to Nancy and Lynn for making our vacation a fun experience ! ; )

The Guide Guys Lodge just received a new posting under the Hotel Charlotte listing, this will happen because the Hotel manages the lodge. This review has some great guest photos of the lodge. Summer 2009

Our son is a national park law enforcement officer at Yosemite and Groveland was a perfect place to stay as he lives between Groveland and Yosemite.

We stayed at the condo that is rented through the Hotel Charlotte only because we could not reserve a room at the Hotel for our entire time in Groveland. However, we did have breakfast every morning at the hotel and found it to be welcoming and Lynn to be a terrific hostess. From what we saw of the rooms in the hotel, they looked very nice and comfortable. The condo was wonderful and roomy, and was perfect for us.

The town of Groveland is small, but has the most friendly people you will find anywhere. We are so happy to have been able to visit and hope to come back in the Spring. When we do, we will definitely stay at Hotel Charlotte!!!

Have been traveling for a year now and out of all the places I've stayed, the Lodge has been the best! Cozy, beautifully decorated, blissfully private and in incredible surroundings.
