Condo Vacation Rental, near Yosemite
Located
just 24 miles from Yosemite National Park and 2 miles from the Hotel
Charlotte. We have a two bedroom, three full bath vacation rental condo
located in Pine Mountain Lake, less than 2 miles from the Hotel. This is
an affordable solution available for larger groups (sleeps 9) and multiple
night stays.
The Condo now has a computer with highspeed

You can reserve the
Condo online. If staying more than one night, we will adjust the
rate to the lesser total, see the condo rate chart. We understand
that it isn't always easy to get away for more than one night, so these
rooms are always available for a single overnight, but we do offer
discounts for multiple night stays. We encourage you to spend the extra
day or two exploring Yosemite, the gold country and more of our area!
This vacation rental has two master bedrooms, one with a queen bed the
other with a double bed and twin day bed. The living room has two queen
futon couch-beds. With three full baths this arrangement is great for
those traveling with kids.
Besides the convenience to Yosemite, the condo
is a short walk to the country club and golf course, (we are across the street from the
5th hole.) Pine Mountain Lake also has a stables and small plane airport
available to the public.
The condo is a perfect choice for those who will
be working in the Groveland-Pine Mountain Lake area for an extended stay.
With a short drive to the Hotel, our popular pancake buffet breakfast is
always included in the rate.
The condo has a good floor plan for maximum
privacy; multi-level with plenty of open space. However, if you have
difficulty with stairs, this unit is not for you, please consider staying
at the hotel in our 1st floor room instead.
This vacation rental is fully stocked with
linens, towels, soap and shampoo, a clothes washer and dryer (bring your
own detergent), dishes and dish washer, coffee
and coffee maker and all your
kitchen cooking, appliance and utensil needs. Bring your own firewood for
the fireplace, charcoal for the grill and food.
Living room with fireplace, television, day bed and futon couch. Access to
balcony from this room, also full bath between living room & kitchen with
tub & shower.
Our
vacation rentals all have a computer with free internet access and WiFi
capability. This condo unit also has a washer and dryer, making it an
excellent choice for families and groups, mid-trip stops and catching up
on the little chores while traveling.

Deposit: Yosemite Region Rental properties require the first night rate deposit
plus a $200 security deposit at the point of reservation. The balance due
for additional nights will be collected when you check in. Security
deposits are returned within 24 hours of your departure following our
housekeeping and inventory check.
Cancellations: We understand that sometimes your travel plans will
change. All cancellations will incur a $45 processing fee. Please let us
know within 15 days of your arrival date if you need to make changes. If
you must cancel with a shorter notice, you will forfeit your first night
deposit, your security deposit will be refunded less $45.
Cell Phones: There is very limited access for cell phones in
Groveland. Verizon does work best, but isn't always 100%. We recommend you
pick up a calling card before you head up the hill. Calling card calls
(800) and local calls are free to make from the phone at the Hotel. There
are no phones at the duplex.
Check in/Check out: We ask that you
schedule your arrival time with us. Check ins for the Yosemite Region
Rental properties are handled through the Hotel Charlotte, 18736 Main
Street, downtown Groveland. We will guide you to the property and do a
walk through together. Check out time is 11:00 am to turn in the keys and
parking pass at the Hotel Charlotte.
Pets: We do not allow pets at Yosemite Region Rental properties,
except for the Guide Guys Lodge.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any Yosemite Region Rental properties.
Please use the patio or balconies to smoke. A cleaning fee of $100 will be
deducted from your security deposit if this policy is not respected.
