Located
just a few minutes from the Hotel Charlotte, the Dyer Court North and
South are two
3- bedroom, 2-bath side-by-side homes sharing one common wall located inside the Pine Mountain Lake community. This complex was built in 2003 and is brand new to the vacation rental market
with all new furniture, beds, fixtures and a light approach to decoration, leaving plenty
of room for your luggage and gear.
Both duplex units have a computer with highspeed
internet and WiFi
You can rent separately either Dyer Court
North or Dyer Court South or go for the whole caboodle and enjoy a
total of 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, lots of parking, balconies, deck and
yard space. Call us for special pricing.
You can reserve
Dyer Court North & South Vacation
Rentals online. If staying more than one night, we will adjust the rate to the lesser
total, (see rental rate chart below.) Rent either duplex for 3 or more
nights and enjoy steep savings.
We understand that it isn't always easy to get away for more than one
night, so these houses are always available for a single overnight, but we
do offer discounts for multiple night stays. We encourage you to spend the extra day or two exploring
Yosemite, the gold country and more of our area!

This comfortable and new vacation rental is our answer
to the many groups that travel together, either for white water river
rafting on the Tuolumne or for Yosemite visits with extended families.
We hope you find this an affordable solution when the town's hotel
rooms all seem filled up or a bit out of your price range. We treat
this vacation rental more like a hotel, offering amenities not
typically extended to holiday rentals such as: sheets, towels,
shampoos, coffee maker & coffee, tea, daily breakfast at the Hotel Charlotte and many of the other
services extended to Hotel Guests.

Directions: The
duplex vacation rental is located in Pine Mountain Lake, just minutes from
the Hotel. Check-ins are
processed from the Hotel Charlotte in downtown Groveland and we will guide
you over to the Duplex for your first visit.

available from the Hotel Charlotte. Cell phones have limited service in
this area.
Deposit: Yosemite Region Rental properties require the first night rate deposit plus a $200 security deposit
at the point of reservation. The balance due for additional nights will be collected when you
check in. Security deposits are returned within 24 hours of your departure
following our housekeeping and inventory check.
Cancellations: We understand
that sometimes your travel plans will change. All cancellations will incur
a $45 processing fee. Please let us know within 15 days of your arrival
date if you need to make changes. If you must cancel with a shorter
notice, you will forfeit your first night deposit, your security deposit
will be refunded less $45 per unit.
Cell Phones: There is very limited access for cell phones in
Groveland. Verizon does work best, but isn't always 100%. We recommend you
pick up a calling card before you head up the hill. Calling card calls
(800) and local calls are free to make from the phone at the Hotel. There
are no phones at the duplex.
Check in/Check out: We ask that you schedule your arrival time with
us. Check ins for the Yosemite Region Rental properties are handled through the Hotel Charlotte, 18736
Main Street, downtown Groveland.
We will guide you to the property and do a walk through together. Check out
time is 11:00 am to turn in the keys and parking pass at the Hotel
Charlotte.
Pets: We do not allow pets at Yosemite Region Rental properties,
except for the Guide Guys Lodge.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any Yosemite Region Rental properties.
Please use the patio or balconies to smoke. A cleaning fee of $100 will be
deducted from your security deposit if this policy is not respected.
This vacation rental is in the
Pine Mountain Lake
community with oodles of neat things open to the public and our rental guests including a stables, golf course, country club and county small
