just 24 miles from Yosemite National Park and 2 miles from the Hotel
Charlotte. We added this comfortable two
bedroom, two bath vacation rental condo located in Pine Mountain Lake at
the beginning of July.
Our first guests liked it so much they immediately signed on for another
night! This is an affordable solution available for families or groups and multiple night stays.

We understand that it isn't always easy to get
away for more than one night, so our condos are always available for
a single overnight, but we do offer discounts for multiple night stays. We
encourage you to spend the extra day or two exploring Yosemite, the gold
country and more of our area!
This vacation rental has a master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite
bath and another bedroom with two twin beds. There is a comfortable
kitchen and dining area and the living room has a couch, easy chairs,
fireplace and patio overlooking the golf course.
Besides the convenience to Yosemite, the condo
is a short 8minute walk to the country club and golf course. The unit backs up to
the
5th fairway. Pine Mountain Lake also has a stables and small plane airport
open to the public.
The condo is also a perfect choice for those who will
be working in the Groveland-Pine Mountain Lake area for an extended stay.
With a short drive to the Hotel, our popular pancake buffet breakfast is
always included in the rate. Guests of the Condo Sierra are also welcome to
use the internet at the hotel for free.
This vacation rental is fully stocked with
linens, towels, soap and shampoo, a clothes washer and dryer (you supply detergent) dishes and dishwasher,
tea, coffee
and coffee maker and all your kitchen cooking,
appliance and utensil needs.
Because this condo unit has a washer and dryer, it is an
excellent choice for families and groups, and mid-trip stops for catching up
on the little chores while traveling.
Condo Sierra comes with two bedrooms, one with a queen
bed and private bath,
the other with two twin beds.

Deposit: Yosemite Region Rental properties require
one night rate deposit
plus a $200 security deposit at the point of reservation. The balance due
for additional nights, and the discounts for extended stays will be collected when you check in. Security
deposits are returned within 24 hours, (or Monday if a weekend) of your departure following our
housekeeping and inventory check.
Cancellations: We understand that sometimes your travel plans will
change. All cancellations will incur a $45 processing fee. Please let us
know within 15 days of your arrival date if you need to make changes. If
you must cancel with a shorter notice, you will forfeit your first night
deposit, your security deposit will be refunded less $45.
Cell Phones: There is very limited access for cell phones in
Groveland. Verizon does work best, but isn't always 100%. We recommend you
pick up a calling card before you head up the hill. Calling card calls
(800) and local calls are free to make from the phone at the Hotel. There
are no phones at the duplex.
Check in/Check out: We ask that you
schedule your arrival time with us. Check ins for the Yosemite Region
Rental properties are handled through the Hotel Charlotte, 18736 Main
Street, downtown Groveland. We will guide you to the property and do a
walk through together. Check out time is 11:00 am to turn in the keys and
parking pass at the Hotel Charlotte.
Pets: We do not allow pets at Yosemite Region Rental properties,
except for the Guide Guys Lodge.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any Yosemite Region Rental properties.
Please use the patio or balconies to smoke. A cleaning fee of $100 will be
deducted from your security deposit if this policy is not respected.
